Guiding Light Home Care is a Florida-licensed Nurse Registry and registered Homemaker & Companion Services provider based in Miramar and serving Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

We were established to help individuals and families locate qualified, compassionate support while promoting dignity, independence, safety and quality of life.

Through our Nurse Registry, we refer appropriately qualified independent healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides. Referrals are coordinated according to the client’s requested services, location, schedule and the qualifications and availability of the professional.

Through our Homemaker and Companion Services, we provide non-medical support such as light household assistance, meal preparation, errands, companionship, social engagement and participation in routine activities.

Our approach is family-centered. We take time to understand the individual’s preferences, daily routines, home environment, personality, support system and requested level of assistance.

Every interaction is guided by compassion, respect, professionalism and a sincere commitment to helping clients and families feel informed and supported.

Where Compassion Leads, Quality Care Follows.

Administrative Coordination

We review applicable licenses, certifications, identification, background-screening documentation, CPR credentials and other required qualifications before a professional becomes eligible to receive referrals.

We work to identify an appropriately qualified independent professional whose availability and experience align with the client’s requested services and preferences.

Our administrative team assists with referral communication, scheduling concerns, service inquiries and requests for a different referral when necessary.

We consider the professional’s qualifications, documented experience, requested service type, availability and geographic service area.

Discuss Your Family's Needs

Our coordination team is available to discuss the requested services and help determine an appropriate referral or nonmedical service arrangement, subject to availability and applicable provider requirements.
