Referrals of Qualified Healthcare Professionals for In-Home Services

Guiding Light Home Care operates a Florida-licensed Nurse Registry serving Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

A Nurse Registry connects individuals and families with appropriately qualified independent healthcare professionals who are available to accept service arrangements based on the client’s needs, location, requested schedule and required services.

Professionals referred through the registry may include:

* Registered Nurses

* Licensed Practical Nurses

* Certified Nursing Assistants

* Home Health Aides

AHCA describes a Nurse Registry as an agency offering healthcare-related contracts for nurses, HHAs, CNAs, homemakers and companions.

How Our Nurse Registry Works

1. Initial Care Inquiry

The client or authorized representative contacts Guiding Light Home Care to discuss the requested services, schedule, location and general care considerations.

2. Review of Requested Services

Our administrative team reviews the information provided and identifies the type of professional qualifications appropriate for the request.

3. Professional Referral

We seek an available and appropriately qualified independent professional whose qualifications and availability align with the requested arrangement.

4. Service Information and Documentation

Before services begin, the client or responsible party receives applicable service information, agreements and disclosures.

5. Administrative Coordination

Guiding Light Home Care remains available to assist with scheduling communication, administrative concerns and requests for an alternative referral.

Why Families Choose Guiding Light Home Care?

Guiding Light Home Care combines compassionate service coordination with thoughtful referral matching. We listen carefully, consider the client’s routine and preferences, review the qualifications required and work to identify an independent professional appropriate for the requested services.

Our goal is to help families feel informed, respected and supported throughout the referral process.

Where Compassion Leads, Quality Care Follows.
